Never being one to let the recycling of a theme deter them,Nike is following up the “ Cap and Gown” Air Jordan 11 last May, with another such themed Jordan, with the Air Jordan 13 getting the call.
Like the aforementioned XI, this year’s XIII will sport an all-black aesthetic. It is very similar to 2017’s “Black Cat” AJ13, but it features patent leather side panels and suede midsole rather than that sneaker’s reflective mesh and shiny midsole.
Other features of the shoe include the same tassel-inspired laces, like those seen on the Cap and Gown AJ 11 and dark tinted translucent rubber surrounding the traction sections of the outsole.
The “Cap and Gown” Air Jordan 13 will release April 27 at nike.com and select Jordan Brand retail establishments. The sticker price is set at $200 USD.
